Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Create and optimize complex stored procedures to automate data processing tasks and enhance system efficiency
- Implement and manage automation strategies to streamline data workflows and reduce manual intervention
- Develop and maintain robust data models that support business requirements and ensure data integrity
- Navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations, providing clarity and direction to team members and stakeholders
- Transform raw data into actionable data products for analysis and data science initiatives, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Work with large data sets, optimizing performance to support frequent read operations and ensure quick data retrieval
- Demonstrate solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and projects effectively

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Snowflake experience
- 7+ years of Advanced Stored Procedures
- 5+ years of Automation Strategies
- 5+ years of Data Modeling / Architecture
- 5+ years of Data Optimization
- 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity
- Proven to be organized and self-directed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- Snowpark / Python experience
- Familiar with Contact Center data (Call, Chat, Workforce)
- Familiar with Agile / Rally
