Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams
  • Contribute toward predictable delivery of quality release
  • Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation
  • Mentor team members on Automation frameworks
  • Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
  • Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results
  • Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team lead on the status of quality
  • Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • B. Tech. / MCA / M. Tech (16+ years of formal education)
  • 4+ years of total experience with solid technical background and 4+ years of experience working on automation using Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/WebDriverIO with JavaScript
  • Hands-on coding experience in any programming language Core Java,/Python
  • Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps goal/initiatives
  • Knowledge on Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Actions, Docker, SauceLabs
  • Solid working knowledge of ATDD/BDD
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
  • Proficient in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
