Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant - Optum CA

Optum is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Highland, CA. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.

Position Details:

  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
  • Average census is ~2 patients per hour
  • See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
  • M-F, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications:

  • New Grads are welcome to apply
  • Unrestricted CA PA License
  • CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • EMR Proficiency

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $114,784 to $154,951 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
