Primary Responsibilities:
- Positions in this function may draw blood, collect samples, perform testing and analysis on samples, operate lab equipment, and report results
- MA or Phlebotomist certification by a nationally recognized organization preferred
- Screening Clinicians typically require graduation from an accredited associate's degree (or 60+ credit hours) or certificate program and certification as a Technician by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
- Assist and cover for other Phlebotomist when needed. Support add on appts and provider needs

- High school education or equivalent experience
- Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
Connecticut Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
