We seek a full-time Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions for five of our pharmacies in Albany and Columbus, with the homesite being Thomasville, GA.
This position will guarantee 8 hours each week with the possibility of 16 hours some weeks, hours are between 8:00-5:00, Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
- Provides information to customers about medications and their use
- Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
- Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
- Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist license in state of Georgia
- Proven ability to drive with active driver's license and access to reliable transportation
