Director, Digital Adoption - Remote

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years patient experience management, healthcare operations or customer service within healthcare setting
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving data-informed decisions
• Proven solid experience with electronic medical records, patient portals, or patient engagement apps
• Proficiency in data analysis and identification of trends
• Proven track record of implementing digital tools to improve patient experience
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate patient feedback into actionable improvements
• Ability to collaborate across departments including IT, clinical teams, marketing, and patient experience teams
• Proven solid leadership and strategic thinking to guide improvements to digital patient experience
• Proven compassion for patients with a solid commitment to improving patient satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving industry trends and organization goals

The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
