Clinical Quality Consultant - Remote

The Clinical Quality Consultant will be responsible for supporting the UHC E&I Quality book of business and associated teams. In this role you will support our national/key account teams, including federal teams/clients and collaborate with Market Quality Directors, UHC Federal teams, & a consumer driven option plan for a large federal client. You will be responsible for improving HEDIS measure performance, Performance Guarantees, completing and reviewing Corrective Action Plans related to outcome performance and adhere associated regulatory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work within the team to execute national member engagement programs
  • Document program progress for key indicators on scorecards, summaries, and key documents
  • Work closely with E&I Quality RVPs and MQDs and all other health plan operational leadership representing Clinical Quality and Performance
  • Deliver and create clinical outcome reporting requirements for clients
  • Lead cross functional team meetings offering guidance, best practices, and solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key matrix partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience leading meetings
  • 2+ years of experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
  • 1+ years of program management experience
  • 1+ years of HEDIS measure knowledge
  • 1+ years of experience using SharePoint
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Be a team player willing to cover and learn other roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HEDIS measure knowledge
  • 1+ years leveraging process improvement
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Experience evaluating effectiveness of quality programs
  • Solid operational and self-awareness

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,800 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
