Behavioral Health Provider | Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC | Reliant Medical Group

As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the nation, Reliant Medical Group, located in Central Massachusetts, is seeking a (Full-time or Part-time) Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC to join our Integrated Behavioral Health Division as an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider. The Behavioral Health Provider will work directly with Primary Care providers in our fully integrated model and we have multiple openings at various locations. The Integrated Behavioral Health Provider is responsible for providing treatment using therapeutic intervention to patients with various behavioral health and psychological conditions to include all levels of acuity. Responsibility also includes providing short term therapy using evidence-based tools like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as part of treatment.

Position Highlights

  • Hybrid Model, 1-2 days on-site and the remaining remote, from your home.
  • (Electronic equipment included.)
  • Provide treatment for primary care patients for behavioral health disorders, symptoms and conditions including substance use disorders.
  • Opportunity for specialty work available: OB/Gyn, women's issues, neurology, concussion team, ADHD, Diagnostic Team; Ortho, chronic pain and substance use
  • Enhance patient engagement by using evidenced based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
  • Help implement treatment plans with site specific Integrated Clinician and regional Prescribers (Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists).
  • Knowledge of health psychology is preferred.
  • Experience with substance abuse and addiction is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

  • Psychologist or LICSW
  • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an integrated model
  • Minimum 3 years practice experience
