Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)

Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $109,513.00 to $147,146.00 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
