The Value Acceleration Services (VAS) team, within the Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) organization, manages a portfolio of value streams that enhance our enterprise SaaS products. VAS aims to accelerate value delivery to customers while minimizing delivery effort. Our team of skilled practitioners collaborates to ensure value streams deliver maximum impact. We are dedicated to innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, striving for better outcomes for our people and customers. As a key member of the VAS leadership team, you will lead customer outcomes through our Suites and shape our TPM practice, working closely with Product Management and Engineering in our unified team environment.
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Vice President, Technical Program Management. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering customer outcomes through our Pro Suite. Utilizing your outstanding communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, you will guide cross-functional teams in executing large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. You will set a high standard for practitioners and elevate practices across our unified teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically shape and deliver outcomes in the Pro Suite through regular customer releases.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to align on objectives and deliver complex programs.
Provide strategic guidance using data analysis and industry insights.
Champion program management excellence by overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Efficiently manage resources while balancing multiple projects.
Innovatively solve critical issues with strong technical expertise.
Drive the adoption of new technologies, such as AI, to enhance outcomes for customers and employees (U Krewers).
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience delivering customer value in SaaS or similar high-paced, customer-centric environments.
Proficient in Agile/Lean practices with a track record of improving business outcomes.
Strong leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and curiosity.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with large-scale system architecture.
Experience with UKG products or related services.
Proven record of practicing a customer-centric approach.
Track record of utilizing new technologies, such as AI, in technical program delivery.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.
Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM.

The pay range for this position is $203,00 to $291,000 , however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
