Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Identity/Messaging Engineer to join our team. In the identity space, the ideal candidate will have experience with implementing and operating identity solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks; Active Directory, Entra ID, IGA Platforms such as Saviynt. In the messaging space, the ideal candidate will have experience with email authentication techniques such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and will be familiar with email security solutions including Mimecast and Proofpoint. Additionally, the candidate should have experience managing both Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online environments, as well as Azure Active Directory and hybrid setups.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure secure access to internal and external systems by managing authentication and authorization processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to define access requirements, user roles, and permissions for new and existing systems.
Implement and manage identity federation and integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
Perform user lifecycle management tasks, including provisioning, deprovisioning,
Maintain access control policies, ensuring only authorized individuals have appropriate access to systems, applications, and data.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing technical support to internal teams.
Automate IAM processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual administrative tasks.
Implement and manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC policies to enhance email security and prevent spoofing.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot email security platforms such as Mimecast, Proofpoint, and Mailgate.
Respond to and resolve email-related security incidents and issues promptly.
Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate email security measures with broader cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with email systems such as Exchange, MailEdge, or Mimecast

Experience managing and using AGA systems (Saviynt, SailPoint)

3+ years of experience with various authentication mechanisms (SSO, SAML, or other similar technologies)

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in identity and email security and infrastructure management are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
