Sr Programmer / Analyst
Labcorp is recruiting a Sr Programmer Analyst for a dynamic team in a remote based role.
Responsibilities:
- Providing on-call support for production systems.
- Providing training and support before, during, and after-system implementations and conversions.
- Consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
- Providing ongoing application support and participating in development efforts.
- May function as a project leader in managing assigned projects.
The individual in this role must have:
- The Sr Programmer/Analyst will demonstrate a solid working knowledge of Laboratory Anatomic Pathology IT and workflow, Laboratory operations, and the ability to learn complex processes and technology quickly.
- A solid understanding of the Laboratory industry and Laboratory workflows and how the LIS impacts and is impacted by surrounding technologies including Electronic Health Records, Reference Interfaces, etc
- 5+ years of IT experience including Anatomic Pathology build experience strongly recommended.
- Ability to create documentation using Microsoft Word, Visio, and other tools.
- Ability to take initiative to learn existing applications.

License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Pay Range: $88,552 - $144,300
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
