About the team:
The Global Partner and Ecosystem Operations team, are dedicated to delivering a white-glove experience to UKG's strategic partners. The team ensures seamless alignment between partners and internal resources, facilitating onboarding, optimizing collaboration, and driving mutual success. Through thoughtful engagement and operational excellence, the team helps partners feel deeply integrated into UKG's ecosystem, fostering trust and long-term value.
About the Role:
As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will provide strategic sales and operational support to the partner sales team. This is done through support and execution of sales processes and cross-functional program deliverables. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. They are passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison between GPO, PE and M&A relationships in collaboration with cross functional teams within UKG to optimize joint pipeline management, sales campaigns, and reporting.
• Support new M&A carve-out business from Opportunity to Close.
• Coordinate and manage existing partner contracts and renewal dates.
• Track membership of partners' portfolio companies.
• Align partner influence into all sales territories and guide best practices for leveraging the sales process.
• Document all processes and liaise with stakeholders to improve and reduce redundancies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to build sales pipeline reporting to yield meaningful metrics.
• Manage data quality and integrity for business activities.
• Strategize with teams to determine the best events to attend for sales influence and traction.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on partner offerings including pricing, T&Cs, and MSA.
• Lead or participate in additional cross-functional projects, as assigned.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a HCM sales or partner environment with an emphasis on Opportunity to Close deal support.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and DocuSign CLM platforms, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical skills, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and decision-making.
• Team building, negotiation, and influence skills.
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to organize, meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
