Senior Commissions Analyst, Service Commissions
UKG, Inc. is searching for a motivated individual to join our team of Global Service Commission Analysts. The candidate will report to the Global Services Commissions Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review and understand incentive compensation plans (ICPs), and ensure the accurate and timely system setup and commission payments for approximately 2,800 UKG Global Service payees
• Engage with managers of all levels and assist in the annual development and modification of compensation plans to meet changing demands of the business
• Serve as a commissions system advisor in the work group
• Coordinate work activities with team members. Participate in cross training as needed and apply best practices to improve system setup and payment processes
• Take responsibility for accurate and timely data entry and employee payouts
• Perform modeling and ad-hoc analysis to monitor success of new ICPs, etc.
• Identify areas or activities for process and productivity improvements and follow up with recommended changes
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and business acumen are essential
• Ability to work independently
• 4+ years experience in administering commissions in an automated commission system, for a medium to large size company
• Experience communicating with field service personnel of all levels on compensation issues
• Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and lookups
• An understanding of commission accounting concepts (accruals, payments, P&L impact, etc.)
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
