As Global Brand Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping UKG's external brand perception, competitive positioning, and market evaluation strategies to drive awareness and familiarity in the global marketplaces our customers thrive in. You will own research & development of an active brand strategy, our brand health success & measurement, and identifying opportunities to strengthen our competitive advantage.
Working in close partnership with the Brand Manager, who is focused on governance, advocacy and operationalizing the brand, you will define the strategic roadmap for UKG's brand presence - setting the direction for the global and regional brand needs to increase recognition, differentiate UKG in competitive landscapes, and drive meaningful engagement. While this role is strongly externally focused, you will also guide and support internal brand advocacy with the recognition that for a brand to stand out in the world first every employee must stand strong in their believe as active brand advocates.
You will be a critical thinker, data-driven strategist, and brand steward, ensuring UKG's brand evolves with industry trends, market needs, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Brand Health & Market Positioning - Define and monitor UKG's global brand awareness, familiarity, and market perception establishing benchmarks for success and tracking improvement over time.
• Competitive Analysis & Brand Differentiation - Conduct deep market research to analyze competitors across all aspects of their experience - positioning, messaging, creative, products, and their customer experiences - to make sure UKG stands apart.
• Research Driven Innovation - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to explore and develop forward-thinking strategies that enhance UKG's visibility - uncovering emerging trends and opportunities to expand brand presence, strengthen reputation, and foster deeper connections with key audiences.
• Market Evaluation & Trend Analysis - Stay ahead of evolving industry trends, audience behaviors, and cultural shifts to inform brand strategy and messaging frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Partnership - Work curiously with marketing, corporate communications, product and go-to-market teams to ensure brand excellence is embedded into all our major works.
• Internal Brand Advocacy Support - Collaborate with the Brand Manager to make sure all internal enablement initiatives that drive employee brand advocacy and ensure brand principles are informed by the benefit for the brand and how our market will be impacted.
• Executive Reporting & Thought Leadership - Present key findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership, ensuring UKG's brand strategy is continuously evolving.

Basica Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in a brand, advertising, or marketing strategy related role
• &+ years of experience and deep understanding of global brand positioning, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with proven examples of your regional understandings.
• Experience conducting competitive audits, market research, and trend analysis to inform brand strategy.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive brand advocacy and partnerships.
• Growth mindset with a native curiosity driven by a want to listen and learn from internal and external sources to evolve strategy based on industry changes and evolving business needs.
• Ability to professionally engage with, take and give feedback, from stakeholders, peers, and leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills that make the brand strategy, research, and planning accessible to any level of audience
• Outstanding organizational, detail, and time management skills

The pay range for this position is $126,300.00 to $181,550.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
