About Us:
In the role of Manager, Paid Media & Sponsorships, this individual will lead the development, execution, and optimization of our global paid media and sponsorship strategy. This pivotal role will help drive brand visibility and engagement through innovative mass media campaigns and strategic partnerships. This includes managing multi-faceted advertising initiatives across diverse channels and activations to enhance brand awareness, engage key audiences and personas, and support our business growth goals.
About You:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, audience-centric media strategies that align with the company's brand strategy and business goals.
• Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across key audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regional teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform media planning and sponsorship decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, sponsors, influencers, and media partners.
• Deliver performance insights on media campaigns and sponsorships to executive leaders, offering actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Oversee paid media investment prioritization, ensuring cost-effective and impactful investments that maximize ROI.
• Stay abreast of advertising and sports marketing industry developments and emerging media trends to continuously innovate and improve advertising strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or sponsorship management.
• Strong understanding of media channels, sponsorship dynamics, and brand marketing.
• People leadership experience is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and drive results.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assess campaign performance.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
