About the Team:
The UKG Ready Launch Mid-Market team specializes in implementing clients across a wide spectrum of industries, catering to medium to large-sized businesses above 500 employees. Complex verticals include (but are not limited to): Healthcare, Manufacturing, K-12, and Higher Education customers. Launch consultants are expected to understand a wide variety of options while offering best practice solutions. We leverage a proven implementation methodology that ensures an efficient and seamless launch experience for our clients. Our approach allows us to deliver a comprehensive solution while maintaining a best in class implementation process and customer service. About the Role:
As a Lead Time Solution Consultant in Implementation Services, you'll be responsible for delivering UKG technology systems and solutions through consulting project activities. Focus will be on Implementation of Time related products including but not limited to Time, Accruals, Attestation and Advanced Scheduler. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to advise clients on best practices, guiding them in designing and building solutions that meet their specific needs. As the subject matter expert on the UKG Ready product, you'll collaborate cross-functionally on customer implementations, drive consistency in delivery practices, and create custom reports. Additionally, you will utilize your Excel skills to format and import data, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects stay on track by managing milestones and maintaining the project tracking tool.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leveraging your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs
• Working cross-functionally and amongst a team on new customer implementations
• Acting as the subject matter expert for clients on the Ready product
• Staying up to date on the latest product features and functionality
• Driving consistency into Ready delivery practices by leveraging your implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization
• Using common excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, to format data files and import into UKG Ready
• Proactively communicate with customers and UKG Project Team members to keep them apprised of project status; mitigating and providing solutions for process or product related issues.
• Utilizing critical thinking and problem solving strategies to complete tasks
• Completing project milestones by due dates and keep project tracking tool updated on a weekly basis.
• Creating & building custom reports within product
• Contributing to team objectives that may have cross functional impact
• Communicating complex concepts; anticipating potential objections and influencing others to adopt a point of view
• Anticipating significant business issues and changes to support long-range goals and objectives while continuously considering alternative solutions
• Informally mentoring peers based on expertise
• Being a preferred consultant for escalated implementations
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience implementing time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• SHRM, FPC, CPP a plus
• Experience with UKG Ready/Kronos Workforce Ready or other HCM software preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, etc. are still being defined
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
