The Director of Field Marketing APAC is a critical leadership role that will work collaboratively with both the regional and global teams to develop and execute on GTM campaigns, supporting the full range of UKG industry verticals and platforms specific to the APAC region. This is a fixed term contractor role for 12 months.
The primary goal is to contribute to UKG's growth in the APAC region by increasing sales pipeline, generating market interest and accelerating the acquisition of new customers through dynamic market strategies that result in increased product adoption and market share in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing APAC Marketing team, including Demand Generation, Brand, Communication and Business Development. Responsible for encouraging the development and growth of 4 direct reports and supporting the broader 15-person organization.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the APAC General Manager and Leadership team to establish and execute on Go To Market strategy.
- Strategically develop a regional marketing plan, working with local Sales teams objectives and constraints.
- In partnership with the global COE's, own strategy for messaging and content for vertical-specific initiatives and work across a variety of platforms to deliver on objectives. These mechanisms include local press, digital, webinars, EDM's, and mixed campaigns.
- Partner with global events on the region event strategy, overseeing the execution for internally and externally run industry events, including in-person and virtual events such as webinars.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors such as digital marketing, PR and creative agencies in region. Ability to think creatively, drive influence and maximize value of partnerships.
- Partner with the Global Corporate Marketing stakeholders, leveraging global UKG initiatives and adopting to a regional perspective and advantage.
- Train sales and marketing teams on new initiatives and messaging such as Optimized Discovery Process, Personas, Analytics, Employee Engagement, Maturity Curve, etc. Ensure vertical specific content.
- Build out Joint Value propositions with partners for a symbiotic relationship and working cohesively with partners to develop and execute on joint value marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for increasing brand awareness and generating pipeline through targeted campaigns and events.
Required Qualifications
The Successful candidate will have:
- 10 years' experience in Marketing with at least 3 years leading Marketing teams, with proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for the technology sector with focus on business applications
- Relevant experience in SaaS B2B marketing
- Experience using Salesforce and Marketing automation platforms to design direct email campaigns.
- Experience with at least one digital channel (i.e., email, SEO, SEM, programmatic media, etc.)
- Ability to work hybrid schedule, working from our brand-new Sydney CBD office 1-2 days per week
