About Us:
In the role of Digital Analytics Manager, the candidate will lead our efforts to understand online user behavior, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights that drive data-informed decisions across our marketing, web, and digital practices. Key responsibilities include mining data from website visitors using analytics and tracking platforms, analyzing user behavior to ensure the site meets business objectives, and leveraging new technologies related to website optimization. This role will make data-driven recommendations for website improvements to attract more visitors, improve conversions, and deliver a great user experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a critical thinker, organized, and able to collaborate effectively across global teams. A strong knowledge of web analytics tools and experience in website design are essential, along with previous experience with digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from website traffic, user interactions, and online marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Reporting and Insights: Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identifying Trends: Spotting trends and patterns in website data to understand user behavior and website performance.
• Optimization and Strategy: Produce data insights to optimize website content, design, user experience, and digital marketing strategies.
• A/B Testing: Inform future A/B tests utilizing data to compare different website elements and identify the most effective versions.
• SEO/SEM Collaboration: Working with marketing teams to inform SEO and SEM strategies based on data analysis.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensuring decisions are guided by data and insights rather than intuition.
• Staying Ahead of Trends: Keeping up with emerging trends and web analytics tools, techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics field, or similar.
• 3+ years Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Heatmapping tools, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Hands on experience handling SEO/SEM: Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles to interpret and optimize website traffic and marketing efforts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
