The Strategic Operations team is scaling the most impactful projects across US and Canada. The team's unique focus on the entire region allows us to dream big and drive outsized change in the areas of marketplace dynamics, automation, sales operations, and strategy. Within Strategic Operations, the Regulatory Operations team is a new team that will be responsible for strategically owning compliance and optimization for regulations across all three sides of the US&C Delivery marketplace.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who is passionate about designing and building creative solutions to our most complex problems! You will work closely with our Leadership Team, and drive alignment across the entire organization, including Product, Legal, Policy, Marketing, and Customer Support.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging regulatory trends, analyzing their potential impact on the business and developing proactive strategies to mitigate risks
- Proactively scope and lead multiple regulatory compliance projects, driving their execution to ensure accurate and timely completion and alignment with broader team objectives
- Drive cross-functional alignment on regulatory priorities, effectively influencing stakeholders across Legal, Product, and Operations to integrate compliance into new and existing processes
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and gaps and translating findings into actionable insights for decision-making
- Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to actively monitor compliance with established regulatory policies and procedures; report findings to senior leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the US&C Delivery business, contributing to the overall strategic vision of the team
Basic Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, investment banking, technology, operations, strategy, or analytics)
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, investment banking, technology, operations, strategy, or analytics)
- Exceptional Excel / data management skills
- SQL proficiency strongly preferred
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter with an analytical orientation; compassionate and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves with your team; skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; flourishes with change and comfortable with ambiguity
- Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution
- Strong experience building and executing complex processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as partner management, consensus building, and project management
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year - USD$118,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year - USD$118,000 per year.
