We're looking for a sharp, high-EQ individual to own and drive strategic initiatives for the Delivery Integrations vertical of our Strategic Operations team. You'll act as the quarterback of our planning process-turning complex challenges into actionable roadmaps, shaping growth priorities, and helping us allocate capital where it matters most.

You'll work directly for the Director & Head of Delivery Integrations to develop bold, yet grounded strategy and be the connective tissue between the cross-functional teams that are bringing that strategy to life. This role requires not just analysis, but ownership, influence, and execution. You'll thrive here if you've got deep strategic and analytical chops, a strong commercial lens, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Own Strategic Planning: Drive the creation of the Delivery Integrations strategic plan, along with the Director of Delivery Integrations
  • Drive Investment Strategy: Work with leadership to drive capital allocation decisions - how and where we invest across partners and partnership priorities
  • Surface Strategic Insights: Conduct deep analysis of the competitive landscape, market trends, and internal performance data to influence strategic decisions and provide actionable insights
  • Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and dashboards to track progress against goals, and lead regular performance reviews with leadership to ensure that the business is on track to achieve its objectives.
  • Activate Growth Initiatives: Drive strategic growth initiatives from 0-1, including growth and gtm strategy, business case development, and operational improvements
  • Own Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Product, Partner Engineering, Business Development, Ops, Finance, and more to develop and implement initiatives that align with the overall strategy

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in strategy, strategic operations, digital transformation, business planning, and/or management consulting
  • Intermediate SQL and Excel proficiency
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy - comfortable leading strategic planning, and modeling tradeoffs/ROI
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving teams such as Product, Ops, Finance, and Marketing
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6-8+ years' experience in strategy, strategic operations, digital transformation, business planning, and/or management consulting
  • Experience in marketplaces, restaurant tech companies, or bizops / strategy teams at B2B software companies
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ownership mindset
  • Expertise in SQL
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
