About the Role
Uber One is Uber's flagship membership program, designed to deliver unmatched value across Rides and Eats for our most loyal customers in ANZ.
This role sits within the Uber One Membership team and focuses on building strategic brand partnerships that delight members and drive retention. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end execution of high-impact campaigns, shaping how Uber shows up through the biggest and boldest brand collaborations in the region.
Your Impact in Role
- Drive commercial negotiations to secure high-value, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic campaigns and always-on benefits with key brand partners
- Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Legal, Creative, and Ops to bring ideas to life
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance across key metrics
- Manage partner operations including contracts, budgeting, invoicing, and internal approvals

The Experience You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, loyalty, subscriptions, or retail marketing
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing through to performance reporting
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in partner negotiations and delivering mutual value
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. with Marketing, Legal, Ops, and Creative agencies)
- Strong attention to detail paired with a bias for action - able to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, invoicing, and internal approvals
- Creativity and strategic thinking - able to deliver campaigns that both surprise and delight members while driving business impact
