Senior Pricing Operation Manager

About the Role

At Uber Eats, we're reimagining how people access Retail-bringing convenience, variety, and speed to local commerce. As the Pricing Strategy Lead for our Retail business in Mexico, you'll play a key role in shaping how pricing impacts the customer experience, merchant success, and business performance.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. You'll lead the design and rollout of data-informed pricing strategies that balance affordability, growth, and profitability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help build pricing solutions that drive real impact-for consumers, merchants, and Uber alike.

What You'll Do

  • Design and lead pricing strategies for Uber's Retail business in Mexico, aligning them with customer needs and business objectives
  • Analyze performance and trends-including customer behavior, price sensitivity, and market dynamics-to generate actionable insights
  • Partner with Product Operations, Growth, Commercial, and Strategy teams to implement and scale pricing initiatives
  • Monitor and adjust prices in real time based on merchant feedback, competitive benchmarks, and overall performance
  • Build reports and dashboards that track pricing effectiveness and support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to cross-functional efforts that enhance merchant economics and customer engagement through smart pricing

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Analytics, Strategy, Operations, Revenue Management or any other related field
  • English proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate large datasets into pricing strategies that balance short- and long-term goals
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau OR Looker; experience with A/B testing and scenario modeling
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across functions, with clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of retail, e-commerce, or mobility industries, and how pricing influences customer behavior, conversion, and profitability
  • A proactive, flexible mindset with a track record of delivering and iterating quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments
