About the Role
Be a part of the team accountable for translating company-wide demand strategy to real life execution in EMEA. Through research and analytics, understand our existing and potential customers, identify and prioritize the highest use cases and cohort opportunities, and work on rider acquisition and engagement strategies.
As an EMEA Sr. Rider Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing rider segmentation and engagement strategies, turning eventual users into loyal customers.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Build and execute Uber rider's Multi Product and Multi Use case strategy
- Be accountable for the deployment and management of key models used in consumer engagement (Aura, Tiger, Zodiac)
- Develop the intelligence around our consumer base, with deep understanding of behaviours and needs across EMEA markets
- Diagnose, experiment and deploy solutions looking to improve rider lifecycle conversion and experience, as well as engaging and up/cross selling our portfolio products within the rider ecosystem
- Deep dive into rider lifecycle challenges and needs and competitive behaviours
- Influence and align with product, global and regional partners to ensure EMEA's MPU and Growth targets are met
- Report achievements to EMEA senior leadership
What the Candidate Will Need / Basic Qualifications
- Quantitative Bachelor's degree (engineering, mathematics, finance, economics, physics, statistics, or similar field)
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business intelligence / strategy / analytics / consulting or related areas is preferred, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
- English proficiency
- Strong shown analytical skills to provide insights and decision making.
- SQL knowledge is mandatory
- Ability to prioritize, work strategically and execute on daring objectives
- The ability to work autonomously and own projects
- Product sense. You know what makes a product experience not just good, but outstanding. You work cross-functionally with teams to build partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact
