About the Role

As Central Field Ops Program Specialist, you will support the Project Manager with operational projects of the LatAm Field Ops portfolio, from data analysis to project implementation and rollout.

The right person for this job should: love to get into the root cause of problems and figure out how to bring improvements and build balance for Field Ops. Be creative, bold, identify data trends, suggest improvements, and help in the creation of efficient processes. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, be a data driven person, and have good abilities with data extraction, interpretation, and consolidation. Demonstrates to have the ability to clearly communicate and present information.

What you'll do

  1. Map and improve existing operational processes through data analysis, footprint, process shadowing, etc. Support pilots and roll-outs, report improvements, work on process standardization.
  2. Generate insights, identify root causes and propose solutions to improve the operations and ultimately the customer experience journey.
  3. Collect data and have strong analytical skills to conduct robust analyses and support the implementation of processes/tools that contribute to improving the operations.
  4. Support the team in the design and implementation of SOPs/playbooks across the operations, according to the projects and needs of the operations, aiming to improve efficiency, quality, and standardization.

What You'll Need
  1. Strong data analytics knowledge: Experience with SQL, visualization tools, or programming languages
  2. Fundamental math and reasoning skills
  3. Attention to detail; accuracy is a must!
  4. Critical Thinking and Business Acumen Knowledge
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, time management skills. An outstanding problem solver who is solution-oriented and has a genuine interest in helping.
  6. Strong Project Management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet aggressive deadlines.
  7. Ability to work independently. Manage critical deadlines. Be multitasking. Deliver under pressure. Superior organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks, strong eye for detail.
  8. Exceptional stakeholder management skills: Confident presenting feedback and findings to Senior stakeholders, able to handle arguments and negotiations.
  9. Exceptional, written and verbal communication skills in English (Conversational/Written) Minimum Score: B2.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  2. Hands on experience developing automations and working with Gen AI
