About the Role
As an Operations Manager in the Financial Business Group, you will play a key role in scaling the operations of our lending and financing products across both launch and growth phases. By overseeing existing initiatives, analyzing performance data, and executing CRM campaigns, you will directly contribute to driving product adoption, improving financial access for earners, and accelerating business growth. Your work will involve managing end-to-end operational workflows and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners-enabling you to shape how Uber delivers impactful, scalable financial solutions.
What you'll do:
- Support the operations of Uber's lending and financing products across both launch and growth phases
- Partner with Uber's CRM team to plan, execute, and manage the lifecycle of targeted campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention
- Analyze product and campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements
- Manage cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with teams across product, marketing, legal, and support
- Track project timelines, define milestones, and drive execution across stakeholders
- Own operational workflows, process improvements, and issue resolution to enhance product delivery

What you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, product, strategy, or project/program management
- English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign execution
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Developed communication and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage project timelines by structuring initiatives into clear stages, defining milestones, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- SQL is required
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
