About the Role
Uber for Business is looking for a sharp and highly motivated talent to join our rocket team! We are looking for creative thinkers and hustle builders with sales fortitude who are passionate about sales/commercial businesses. You'll be on the frontlines introducing Uber to organizations while developing the partnership and executing the sales motions to maximize the increment.
The Growth Account Executive will play a pivotal role to build and execute the growth plans for the top-tier customers in the market. S/he will be the expert of U4B overall solutions, identify the potential, cultivate the use cases and progressively scale them all within assigned strategic accounts. The ideal talent will be able to vision the mid/long term growth plan of the account, while keeping up the sales drumbeats to drive consistent Up/Xsell motions with #GoGetIt spirit.

Your Impact in Role
- Plan, Do, Act, and Execute through the growth plans of every designated account.
- Analyze the long-term path for the book of business, and breakdown into short-term strategies with solid and feasible executions.
- Understand the full upside of your book of business and the unlock needed to head toward ; Conduct a series of sales processes to achieve the quotas, such as business reviews, account expansion, upselling / cross-selling, and building strong partnerships.
- Identify customer needs, understand the business drivers behind requests, and leverage the Uber for Business value proposition to achieve mutual goals.
- Wear multiple hats across Strategy & Planning (framing), Lead Generation (prospecting), Deal Negotiation (closing), Implementation (launching/ onboarding).
What You Will Need
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong sales/ commercial acumen and negotiation skills with solid proactiveness
- Operate with speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude
- Analytical skills and ability to extract trends and insights from data
- Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders independently
- B2B SaaS or consumption model experience
- Proven track record of high-performing Up/Xsell results
- Good with articulation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
