What You'll Do
- Lead Membership growth initiatives across the ACAC region, from strategy to execution.
- Design and run acquisition and retention campaigns tailored to market needs.
- Identify and diagnose blockers to Membership performance, and create action plans to address them.
- Align sub-regional targets with global strategies, ensuring local relevance and impact.
- Own and track market performance, ensuring accountability and high-quality execution.
- Assess risks and opportunities, adapting plans as needed to deliver strong results.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or a related field. (We also welcome candidates with other backgrounds and a strong analytical foundation.)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex market dynamics and performance trends.
- Experience turning data into actionable insights that inform strategy and execution.
- Experience with SQL is a MUST
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and clearly communicate key findings, risks, and updates to leadership.
- Comfortable managing incentive programs to balance cost-efficiency with business growth.
- Proven ability to drive high-impact projects in fast-paced, regulated, or evolving environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution and results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and solve complex challenges.
- A collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of key business drivers, including P&L, competitive dynamics, user behavior, and operational performance.
