About the Role

We are looking to hire a Manager, Finance Transformation to join our Transformation Management Office. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the transformation of our financial processes and systems. You will also lead global projects in a very fast-growing and changing environment.

This person will drive the execution of transformational projects by applying their finance and accounting process and systems expertise, collaborating with partners across the organization, and defining business processes that improve automation, control adherence, standardization, and simplicity.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Finance Transformation team in leading end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives to modernize finance processes and systems, improving scalability, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Drive change management by clearly communicating the vision, objectives, and benefits of transformation initiatives, and fostering adoption across all levels of the organization
  • Design scalable end-to-end process and systems architecture, with a focus on enabling data, AI, and ML initiatives across Finance to enhance automation, analytics, and strategic decision-making
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and budget management, in alignment with broader transformation goals
  • Collaborate with senior finance leaders, executive management, and upstream partners (e.g., sales, product, legal, engineering, marketing) to align on needs, secure buy-in, and build strong partnerships
  • Lead workshops, conduct root cause analyses, and define future-state process flows and system requirements to guide transformation execution
  • Partner with FinTech and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technology roadmaps, align on system capabilities and constraints, and oversee execution
  • Define success metrics, build business cases, and assess performance impact of implemented changes to ensure sustainable value delivery
  • Support governance by contributing to the development of operational policies, procedures, and compliance mechanisms arising from transformational efforts

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years' experience in finance transformation, Corporate finance, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving process improvements.
  • BA/BS

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive organizational change
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in applying AI/ML technologies to enhance financial operations-such as intelligent automation, forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle R12), including implementation and optimization
  • Familiarity with FP&A tools and enterprise performance management software (e.g., EPM, HFM, DRM)
  • Experience implementing accounting systems and cross-functional financial processes in high-growth, high-volume environments
  • Deep understanding of accounting policies, procedures, SOX controls, and financial statement preparation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong business insight, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Change management expertise, with a proven ability to foster adoption and overcome resistance

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.
