About the Role
We are looking for an individual with strong project and stakeholder management skills to grow Uber Moto in Latin America. In this role, you will be expected to lead regional efforts to grow the Moto business: working with colleagues to set and execute product strategy, monitoring performance, and managing a comprehensive view of how we are facing challenges at a Latam level in order to ensure communication across local teams and related stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with regional and local Operations teams across LatAm to identify and activate key levers that drive Uber Moto growth in each market
- Maintain visibility over Uber Moto performance in the region to spot operational gaps and trigger improvement actions
- Lead regional product forums and maintain clear, action-oriented communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and accountable for targets and follow-ups.
- Leverage strong analytical and project management skills to scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned and accountable throughout execution
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly
- Forecast and monitor OKRs related to business growth
- Understand risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations that consider local context and operational constraints
- Support the execution of product or process rollouts by coordinating with Global and Product teams, tracking progress, and ensuring adoption in local markets
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment

What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Consulting or highly analytical fields.
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. SQL proficiency required.
- Project Management: Ability to analyze data to inform project prioritization, as well as organizing projects with milestones and timelines and managing the execution with cross-functional stakeholders
- Teamwork: Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities
- Executional Excellence: Ability to easily adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
- Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and create short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
- Communication: English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
