About the Role

The Health System Coordinator is a customer-facing role, responsible for sales enablement, revenue-generating initiatives, and customer success. This team member supports the vendor procurement process, training sessions, product implementation, and technical aspects of account setup.

Your proximity to the customer positions you to understand end user workflow, product fit, and use cases in order to ensure maximum utilization and identify future growth opportunities. After implementation, you're responsible for a successful launch of Uber Health as customers begin booking trips; ensuring successful adoption, continuous utilization, and providing data-based recommendations for improvement.

You'll work closely with a cross functional team of Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Support, and others to enable commercial excellence, a seamless handoff, and a great customer experience. You're a strong fit if you're a creative, solution-oriented, customer-obsessed individual who actively looks for opportunities to scale customer adoption of Uber Health.

What You'll Do

  • Support vendor registration, procurement processing, and contracting activities
  • Train customers to use Uber Health and Uber for Business products to meet their goals, ensuring a maximum return on their investment
  • Travel on-site for tactical and technical account set-up and strategic workflow design
  • Manage a Salesforce pipeline of new customers and first trip implementation metrics
  • Own the utilization and adoption of Uber across complex enterprise accounts, working closely with sales team to identify new opportunities and locations for expansion
  • Identify and communicate new opportunities for improvement and revenue growth

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience; minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role
  • Handle the big picture, and the tiny details. You're organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You also have an eye on the big picture and thrive by creating new ways to grow and support existing partnerships
  • Collaboration and partnership is natural. You thrive working with internal and external teams to problem solve and provide positive customer experiences
  • Strong prioritization skills. You manage time effectively, prioritizing high value clients, while working with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • On-Site provider/health system implementation experience
  • An intuition for people. The majority of the account coordinator's time is spent working with various internal and external teams, building and cultivating new relationships with potential and existing partners across all parts of an organization
  • Problem Solving. You help clients tackle big problems, implementing large scale, new product roll-outs across an enterprise
  • Work hard. You can manage tight deadlines, tackling near term deliverables as well as play-booking and building long term processes
  • A 'sixth sense' for partnerships and that allows you to thoughtfully navigate complex customer needs and org structures
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter spirit. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. You pick up new concepts fast and run with them
  • Tech-savviness. You solve complicated problems with technology, process, & workflow.
  • You persevere. You think on your feet and work hard through fire drills with perseverance and integrity

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$79,000 per year - USD$88,000 per year.
