About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a very agile and fast-moving team in a key role to drive significant impact.
You will be part of the Grocery & Retail Growth Operations team, focusing on Merchandising & Consumer growth. In this key role, you will help shape and drive the execution of our merchandising strategy, to strengthen our shopping experience and deliver consumer growth.This role involves working closely with many senior cross-functional stakeholders, allowing you to shape the future of our business.
What You'll Do:
- Lead local content strategy, curation, and optimization: Leverage performance data, seasonality, and market trends to craft compelling consumer narratives. As the owner of the consumer experience, you will harness available tools to enhance the journey, define innovative strategies, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of merchandising for marketing campaigns and manage an accurate calendar in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Ensure that campaigns align with product strategies, cultural, and seasonal trends.
- Analytics & Insights: Track and evaluate key metrics, providing actionable insights regarding relevant selection, campaign plan and communication strategies
- Team and stakeholder management: Orchestrate and bring together the work of a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders, including local Operations, Sales, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Legal and global Operations, Product and Merchandising teams
- The right candidate will be highly analytical, excellent in planning, execution and project management, and passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our consumers while also driving growth. Must have a #gogetit mindset.

What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally for e-commerce or a retail business
- English mandatory, Japanese fluency is highly preferred
- SQL proficiency is a must

- You must be very comfortable with numbers, and can build robust financial models
- You will need to be a strategic thinker, have an analytical mindset, and sharp business sense
- You will need to be an excellent communicator and highly collaborative
- You need to be customer and growth obsessed
