About the Role: The Partner Associate role is a phenomenal opportunity to demonstrate your sales and relationship building experience by supporting and selling into Enterprise brands that partner with Uber Eats across the US & Canada. This individual has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enjoys working as part of a team, being customer obsessed, and has a process-driven mindset, with a go-getter demeanor. You'll craft the restaurant experience on the Uber Eats platform.
What You'll Do:
• Partner internally to efficiently activate new Enterprise locations and re-engage churned locations
• Project manage internal processes critical to the success of our business and our partners
• Build relationships with and support high value franchise groups on the platform

• Help us identify and build both standard methodologies to set up our partnerships for success and new internal processes that make us more efficient
• Sell and upsell to net-new and existing franchisees with existing corporate agreements
• Lead update meetings for team on the progress of new sign ups and process adjustments needed to accelerate growth
• Use internal systems to analyze data for client meetings and milestones
• Help build client presentations for business reviews and pitches
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role with a focus on building customer relations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and/or SQL
• Collaborative
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple activities at once, detailed
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, ambiguous environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with technology
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English
