Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/d), Retail, Uber Eats

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

1. Retail B2B Sales for entire Poland, working with local teams to unlock key retailers from Grocery, Pharma, Pets and other strategic verticals.
2. Pitching new businesses and building out their respective pipelines to convert targets into merchants on the platform.
3. Support in cross-selling and upselling with key businesses.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. A true hunter mentality with a hunger to grow in a multinational company.
2. You love to travel and know how to acquire the best retailers for the Uber Eats platform in person and on the telephone.
3. Strong analytical and commercial skills and understanding of the EMEA retail market.
4. Several years experience in B2B sales, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
5. Proficient project management skills.
6. Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
7. Experience utilising CRM tools such as Salesforce.

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, commercial, or business development roles.
2. You have a drivers license to travel through Poland (if not, going by train is also an option). We don't provide company cars but you can book a car by credit card.
3. Proven track record of delivering sales in a matrix organization.
4. Network in retail and grocery sector.
