What You'll Do
- Help lead Uber's financial forecasting processes
- Help enhance our P&L fluency, with an emphasis on legal entity forecasting
- Contribute to the delivery of Uber's quarterly legal entity forecast, and play a key role in ensuring the profitability of certain entities in accordance with transfer pricing principles and I/C agreements
- Monitor & track our legal entity forecasting deliverables, ensuring that our team meets the given deadlines and escalate issues where necessary
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to optimize the speed and accuracy of Uber's legal entity forecasting process
- Help support consolidated financial planning processes for the Corporate Finance team, maintaining long range planning models, and assessing the financial impact of our decisions
- Work closely with the Finance Leadership to provide financial insights and assess the company's overall progress towards its strategic objectives
- Drive projects to continuously improve, streamline, and automate various areas of the team's responsibility with ownership across reporting, forecasting and planning processes
- Engage in the development of new processes and tools to deliver impactful and actionable insights that drive decision making

What You'll Need
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum of 2 years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Tax Accounting
- Experience with legal entity forecasting, especially in a Tax Accounting environment
- Familiarity with transfer pricing principles
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Exceptional Financial Analysis and Excel skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills - numbers are key, but a business is built with people
- Ability to juggle - we are consistently working on multiple projects at any given time, so we are looking for someone who has the capability to successfully multitask
- Team player - this is a highly collaborative and supportive team environment
