Base salary $53,000-$63,000/year

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Midwest territory.
The Project Coordinator I supports the estimating and project management process across multiple departments. Responsibilities include quote follow-up, order entry, hardware purchasing and tracking, and providing customer service to ensure satisfaction and help reduce project risks. This role also receives training in product estimating to analyze customer proposals and prepare accurate estimates. The Project Coordinator I plays a key role in maintaining Trulite’s high standard of Platinum service.

You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping things running smoothly. You enjoy working collaboratively across departments and have a knack for clear communication, staying ahead of project timelines, and supporting internal and external teams. Your approach is customer-focused, and you’re committed to maintaining a high standard of service in everything you do.
Skills You Bring:
- Associate degree and 0–3 years of relevant experience (glass or aluminum industry a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook
- Basic math and geometry skills (ability to calculate discounts, proportions, area, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Experience in customer service and vendor coordination
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Follow up on quotes and respond to customer inquiries
- Accurately process time-sensitive orders and enter data
- Purchase and track hardware orders in coordination with vendors
- Communicate with internal teams to manage inventory, deliveries, and project timelines
- Assist in estimating by reviewing customer specifications and preparing quotes
- Gather and enter job information into internal systems
- Coordinate project-related updates with Plant Managers and other departments
- Support customer visits and external sales efforts as needed
- Maintain accurate records and support financial documentation with Accounting
- Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and KPIs related to order accuracy, timing, and customer satisfaction
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary work with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
