Position Overview
Supports the Real Estate Managers for all program related needs, issues and initiatives. Actively assists management in all aspects of corporate leasing, database management, accounts payable, and special projects as assigned. Liaises between corporate, region and branch management, property management firms, and vendors. Operates under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Coordinates the administration of new and existing commercial real estate lease agreements and renewals Abstracts lease terms, rental obligations, option clauses and all other important lease information. Maintains data critical to the tracking of lease obligations and expirations Maintain file systems, including the data integrity of information contained in the software application used for tracking all Landlord and Lease related data. Maintain and update critical dates and lease clause issues within the approved software. Reads, reviews and interprets lease agreements and responds to questions from operations management Audits and reconciles invoices including common area maintenance (CAM) charges Generates and reviews reporting of transaction projects Prepares documentation and obtains approvals for processing of payables and new lease obligations Generates and summarizes lease agreement and rental expense reports for monitoring and review Assist in developing and executing short and long-term strategies. Works with Manager to help align strategy with stakeholders based on business needs and market intelligence Prepares presentation documents and assists, as needed. Coordinates on-boarding, maintenance, and issue resolution with third party vendors for payment of taxes and utilities. Participates in special projects as identified by manager (including but not limited to negotiating, sourcing, contracting, cost modeling, project management).

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in real estate, lease and/or contract administration required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Accounting experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to collect and correlate information and data
- Independent, self-starter, team player, analytical and attention to detail.
- Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
- Knowledge and ability to read and interpret contracts, leases terms and definitions
- Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable practices
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills

Pay Ranges
$54,983.00 - $91,638.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
