What You Will Do

You will support a variety of end-users to ensure that they are working efficiently and that their technical needs are met. You'll provide world-class customer service and work with a cohesive team.

• Support end users with desktop support and deployment of hardware and software
• Display a high-level of customer service and professionalism
• Resolve issues individually or in conjunction with other staff and resources in a timely and effective manner
• Demonstrate and utilize excellent troubleshooting skills

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Skills to set up, operate, and troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment and systems.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, tablets, etc
• Basic network troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus

About Your Location

The Team works in the office in downtown Portsmouth on Chestnut St, just across from the Music Hall. Working together in the office allows the team to operate at optimum efficiency and collaboration.
