What You Will Do

The Demand Generation Team within Owner and Public Sector (O&PS) delivers on financial and numerical goals designed to build pipelines and leads for the sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing B2B enterprise marketing campaigns for owner solutions across Federal, State, City/Local, Government Agencies, Utilities and Private sectors with the primary objectives of ensuring the campaigns speak to their target personas and achieve their pipeline and lead generation goals.

  • Develop campaign strategy and end-to-end integrated marketing programs including multi-channel campaigns across the 3 industry segments.
  • Create and steward the buyer journey, working to reach customers in the right place at the right time
  • Assess campaign content and identify gaps based on campaign needs. Work with external writers, internal SMEs, internal content writers, and design teams to produce content and materials for demand-generation campaigns
  • Maintain direct alignment with sales and industry leads in terms of all campaign communications and strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate and align efforts into an integrated customer experience, understand lead quality, and enable BDR team on lead generation activities
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing; preferably designing, executing and managing multi - channel marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the full funnel B2B enterprise buyer journey
  • Experience with marketing tech stack tools like 6Sense, Terminus, DemandBase, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Uberflip, Pathfactory, Salesforce, Outreach, Drift, Zoom, ON24
  • Multi-stakeholder enterprise-wide B2B demand generation
  • Working knowledge of best practices in Account-based marketing
What Skills & Experience You Could Bring
  • Experience marketing to government agencies in federal, state, and local government
  • Advanced project management skills and active usage of project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Smartsheet
About Your Location

This role will report out of the Westminster, Colorado Trimble office.

Remote locations will be considered for the right combination of skills.
