What We'll Bring:
As part of the Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting the Trusted Caller Solutions in the cloud or on-premises client infrastructure. You will be assisting with successfully on-boarding multiple customers onto the TCS platform. The work is technically challenging and highly rewarding and will be crucial to the adoption of the TCS across the carriers and enterprises.
The ideal consultant would be working in a fast-paced environment collaborating with the core development and innovation teams in keeping abreast of platform features, changes, and infrastructure requirements. The consultant will also work very closely with clients and partners to understand specific use cases and identify solutions for deployment.

What You'll Bring:
&bull Bachelor's (B.S) or Master's (M.S) degree in Computer Science or related field &bull Minimum 8+ years of professional services consulting experience. &bull Great communication skills, as this is a customer facing role. &bull Understanding of object-oriented design and object-oriented programming, a plus. &bull Should have proven experience in application integration and consumption of web services / RESTful services. Client-side development experience mandatory and server-side development, a plus. &bull Experience in deploying production grade, highly scalable solutions based on cloud-native micro-services architecture. &bull Experience in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Go. &bull Experience with Spring framework including Spring boot, Spring batch, Spring Data &bull Proven experience with RDBMS and NoSQL DB (MongoDB/Cassandra preferred) clients. &bull Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in data structures (document form, JSON/YAML), problem solving, algorithm design and analysis. &bull Experience with VoIP protocols like SIP, ENUM will be a huge plus. &bull Familiarity and experience with CallerName (CNAM) protocols, ecosystem and STIR/SHAKEN will be a huge plus. &bull Good understanding of cryptography, encryption, and PKI Digital Certificate Management (X.509) using crypto libraries. &bull Good familiarity with open-source development. Any hands-on experience with integrating open-source components into projects would be an advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &bull Be a TCS application suite technical expert. &bull Coordinate with the Account Manager / Project Manager and identify solutions for customer deployments. &bull Assist with the on-boarding of new customers onto the TCS environments (Connectivity, customer profiles, test data set up etc.). &bull Work with the customers to understand their current/supported environments and compatibility requirements. &bull Work with customers to complete documentation of recommended architecture needed for deploying or optimizing Trusted Call Solutions. &bull Work with the customers to develop any custom scripting required to deploy environmental software support and deployment. &bull Work with customers to discuss, design, document, and deploy configurations for customer-owned network equipment. &bull Enable and support the inter carrier testing. &bull Work with customers to develop requirements, epics/user stories, and acceptance test plans for any custom software features. &bull Work with customers to design, document, and evaluate their high-level architecture and approach to deploying Neustar Trusted Call Solutions. Act as lead consultant and domain expert to include optimized configuration of client network, devices, call flows etc. to ensure that the solutions will provide the desired benefit. &bull Provide expert-level feedback to client's vendor security risk assessment. Coordinate internal inputs across multiple groups within Neustar to provide complete feedback. Coordinate execution and response to vulnerability scans as required. &bull Work with customers to design, document, and evaluate their low-level architecture and execution plan for deploying Neustar Trusted Call solutions, including system architecture, IP address assignments, firewall rules, etc. &bull Lead the deployment of TCS into the public/private cloud/client infrastructure and create the necessary MOPs for internal/external audience. &bull Deploy and test RESTful services in various environments using modern techniques of CI/CD. &bull Develop and write great deployment documentation as part of the overall Delivery Plan for both internal audience and clients. &bull Execute client use-cases (Portal and APIs) to guarantee advertised product functionality. &bull Collaborate effectively with cross-functional organizations including software developers, innovation teams, architects, project managers, product managers and operations. &bull Follow Agile development methodology leveraging tools like GIT (SCM), JIRA (User Stories). &bull Work with Product and Sales team members to respond RFI/RFP's. NICE TO HAVE &bull Call authentication protocols: STIR/SHAKEN protocols and protocol extensions &bull Digital signatures: signatures, verification, and PKI &bull Infrastructure: OpenStack (KVM Hypervisor, qcow2, HEAT Orchestration Template), AWS (AMI, CloudFormation), VMWare (OVA's, ESXi Hypervisor) &bull Container based deployments: Docker, Kubernetes &bull Orchestration: Ansible (Python based custom modules) &bull Automation: Cucumber (Ruby, Java) &bull Messaging: Streaming with Pub/Sub architecture (Kafka) &bull Monitoring/Alerting: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk &bull Documentation as code techniques &bull Protocols: DNS (Domain Name Service), HTTP, SSL, OAUTH2 (3rd party/ Authentication/ Authorization) &bull 3rd Party Network Elements: Asterix (Opensource IP-PBX), Free Switch, Acme/Oracle SBC, Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) &bull UI Development techniques using Angular/React JS or similar frameworks
