What We'll Bring:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Platform Product Manager to join our technical product management team. In this role, you will contribute to designing and building innovative analytics platform capabilities within our OneTru platform.
As the Analytics Platform Product Manager, you will spearhead a comprehensive product strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life. This pivotal role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams in design, architecture, engineering, quality and testing. We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of analytics platform management in cloud environments, and expertise in the model lifecycle.

Qualifications:
&bull Proven technical leadership with 8+ years of experience in product management.
&bull Extensive knowledge of the model lifecycle and hands-on experience managing platforms in any cloud environment.
&bull Proficient in visual design, UX, and UI, demonstrating a track record of supporting products throughout their lifecycle.
&bull Strong technical acumen for developing a strategic vision and roadmap for our analytics platform, aligning with overall organizational objectives.
&bull Expertise in leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring the platform meets evolving user and stakeholder needs.
&bull Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and leadership in designing user interfaces and experiences, creating an intuitive analytics foundation for the future.
&bull Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to drive cohesive technical product development.
&bull Proven track record of conducting user research to understand pain points and preferences, translating insights into priorities and scope for delivery teams.
&bull Successful development and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
&bull Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products by working seamlessly with cross-collaborating teams.
&bull Experience collaborating with other Product Managers and owners to analyze business requirements, scope initiatives, and prioritize aligning with the roadmap and vision.
&bull Strong skills in understanding user personas, customer journey, and defining value and scope.
&bull Hands-on experience in performing user acceptance testing for releases to ensure alignment with artistic direction, interaction requirements, and user flows.

Impact You'll Make:
This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
