We are looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to support TransUnion's Internal Communications team and help inform, engage and inspire TU's global associate base. We are part of a global team of communication change makers who are creative, curious and excited to be working with TransUnion on its continued transformation as a global information and insights company.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic storyteller with the following attributes:
  • 3+ years of relevant progressive communications experience in a corporate or agency setting, ideally supporting internal comms
  • Strong writer with versatile communications skills, an interest in business and the ability to translate complex issues/materials into accurate, compelling and digestible content
  • Demonstrated ability to write and tailor content for specific audiences and an understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple streams of work
  • Willingness to embrace technology and applications; proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team with an ability to adapt/change direction when called upon
  • Self-starter with strong sense of initiative, focused on results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and influence with leaders and collaborators at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience working in information services and/or financial services
  • Experience communicating with a diverse international audience
  • Advanced degree
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French
  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Impact You'll Make:

This role is designed for a well-rounded communications generalist. Your work will support a wide range of enterprise internal communications campaigns by:
  • Drafting creative content for digital, people and experience channels, including newsletters, intranet, email, presentations, digital signage and more
  • Supporting the execution of a variety of communication campaigns across the various functions supported by our Internal Communication team
  • Preparing content for production
  • Participating in enterprise event support, coordination and execution
  • Measuring activities, engagement and outcomes
  • This person will join a dynamic communications team that helps build and protect TransUnion's reputation with key stakeholders worldwide.
  • This role requires strong relationships with colleagues from various departments across TransUnion including human resources, brand, technology, operations, legal, marketing, design, and more.
  • Periodically, you will also support the broader Corporate Affairs & Communications team by contributing to other communication initiatives.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
