The Global Collaboration is a hands-on Technical Lead that will manage the engineering team focused on the collaborative suite of services that include Email, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and DLP services Globally. This individual will lead the Engineering Collaboration Services Portfolio working very closely with both the Architecture and operational Teams. The individual will be responsible for all engineering services and delivery across the domain that will include enablement, strategy, and design.

&bull Strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple assignments
&bull Superior verbal and written communication skills
&bull Lead global team of engineers responsible for configuration, implementation, and migration of M365 and related collaboration services to meet business objectives and strategies
&bull Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft 365 and supporting technologies
&bull Lead and grow an M365 Team to help create technical solutions, customizations, and integrations to enhance Digital Associate Experience Initiatives
&bull Maintain currency in end user market trends and participate in industry workgroups as needed to further the M365 collaboration strategy, maintain roadmap currently, and align to best practices
&bull Identify and implement preventative maintenance and performance optimization solutions to meet operational and information security objectives
&bull Lead M365 engineering efforts related to M&A integration objectives
&bull Excellent PowerShell scripting skills
&bull Troubleshoot complex application issues, owning the 3rd level support function for issue escalation
&bull Experience with the Power Platform, specifically: PowerApps portal, Power Automate and Apps, and Power BI Reports implementations
&bull Experience with the Microsoft Security & Compliance suite of applications, specifically: Purview, Defender, Intune, Entra
&bull Working knowledge of Data Protection strategies and how to implement them within the Microsoft ecosystem
&bull Experience writing PowerShell scripts for automation, deployment, and validation
&bull Experience managing Windows Server (on-Prem and Azure)
&bull Hands-on experience managing network environment (firewall, DNS, F5, etc.)
&bull Experience managing Azure Subscriptions, IAAS, PAAS
&bull Experience managing Windows 365
&bull Experience managing Microsoft Viva suite
&bull Experience configuring 3rd party telephony carriers for Teams Dial-Pad
&bull Hands-on experience with Quest and/or BitTitan Migration tools
&bull Keen understanding of M365 Enterprise license model
&bull Experience managing Proofpoint (SAAS Email Hygiene Service)
&bull Microsoft Co-Pilot
&bull Strong ability to foster collaborative work in dynamic team environment
&bull Strong management skills to select, develop, mentor, and motivate team members
&bull Experience in risk management, issue identification, and resolution/problem-solving

What You'll Bring:
How You Will Contribute &bull Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives &bull Provide end-user support for tickets related to M365 and on-premise services as required &bull Ability to occasionally work or assign work during nights/weekends during critical incidents per on-call rotation or major project implementations &bull 10+ years leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate. &bull Strong ability to foster collaborative work in dynamic team environment &bull Strong management skills to select, develop, mentor, and motivate team members &bull Experience in risk management, issue identification, and resolution/problem-solving Ability to translate and communicate risk and challenges to client personal, including executives
