TransUnion is recruiting for a dynamic Ethics Director that will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and oversight of the Ethics Compliance Program (ECP) across TransUnion's global footprint. The Head of Ethics will be responsible for leading and developing a team of experienced, independent professionals who are subject matter experts in their fields.

This role serves as TransUnion's primary point of contact and subject matter expert regarding all aspects of the ECP and communicates with appropriate business unit leaders and management to ensure the program is managing key global ethics compliance risks.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience in a global corporate compliance environment. Preference for experience in a corporate legal, internal audit, or finance organization with relevant compliance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
- Demonstrated experience building and/or enhancing global whistleblower hotline, conflict of interest, ABAC, and G&E programs
- Strong knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other ABAC laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of SEC and DOJ regulations and enforcement policies
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a demonstrated record of cross-functional collaboration; understands and effectively balances internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs
- Experience interacting with international employee populations, and national and local regulatory agencies
- Strategic mindset; articulates credible visions of new possibilities that will create sustainable value for the ECP function
- Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics; is sensitive to how people and organizations function and plans approach accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and to inspire trust and confidence through effective communication and people skills; uses compelling arguments and positions them appropriately to gain the support and commitment of others
- Relates comfortably and collaborates effectively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography; acts with diplomacy and tact to build constructive relationships
Global Ethics Helpline (GEH) Program
- Lead and oversee the experienced Whistleblower program owner in the strategic direction and tactical maintenance of TransUnion's Global Ethics Helpline, including ownership of the organization's Whistleblower Policy.
- Support the Whistleblower program owner in all aspects of program development, ensuring adherence to relevant domestic and international laws and regulations. This includes having ultimate responsibility and oversight for the creation, development, and documentation of the GEH program's processes and procedures, including production and presentation of key metrics and KPIs/KRIs.
- Lead and oversee the COI program owner in the establishment of an overarching governance structure to review, approve, escalate, document, and report COIs.
- Define the escalation and approval processes and authorities to oversee and enforce COI Policy
- Define set of criteria to support approval/decisioning and create standardized COI disclosure form.
- Set and implement the vision, strategy, direction, and leadership for the ABAC Program for TransUnion's workforce, domestically and internationally.
- Serve as the SME on a range of anti-corruption and anti-bribery compliance matters and other applicable laws (e.g., Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, anti-boycott restrictions, export controls).
- Lead the development and execution of TransUnion's corporate G&E Program within the US and globally, including ownership of the organization's G&E Policy.
- Define and continuously evaluate a set of criteria to support approval/decisioning for G&E exceptions.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
