What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing services, fraud, analytics, and/or project management support roles.
- Experience communicating directly with customers.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Highest level of formal schooling for your specific region.
- Excellent Spanish verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a good command of English.
- Ability to work remotely, independently, and have a strong sense of duty.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all work completed.
- Proactively works to improve knowledge and adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Displays effective time management skills.
- Data technology Skills: Familiarity with XML, JSONMS SQL, SQL Workbench (MySQL), Microsoft Excel, and text editors.
- Working knowledge of web services and query/response API's.
- Experience with Elastic Ssearch, OpenSearch, or similar Tools (Kibana, Grafana, or Equivalent
- This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

- Bachelor's degree and/or Relevant Certifications
- Data Technologies: HadoopGoogle Big Query, Postman, MS SQL, SQL Workbench (MySQL)XML, JSON, Data Visualization tools for analysis/troubleshooting including Tableau, Kibana, and
- DOMO.
- Basic programming knowledge desirable including PowerShell, JavaScript, and C#.
- Data analysis and visualization experience
- Fundamental knowledge of SSL/TLS, SSH, PGP encryption
- Experience with support ticketing systems: Jira, Rally, Similar
- Strong organizational, operational and analytical skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide technical, troubleshooting and deployment support to Transunion's vast portfolio of business customers.
- Develop product expertise in order to successfully support a client's use of relevant Transunion products.
- Drive innovation by solving customer's unique challenges, streamlining technical process and advancing Transunion Tier2
- Capabilities.
