- Assists leadership in the development of verticals sales strategic goals.
- Responsible for deep client business issue understanding and the co-ordination of all TU resources to deliver a high value client relationship resulting in expanded client relationships, revenue and profit.
- Accountable for all TU solutions deliverables to clients and ultimate client satisfaction for designed clients within their control.
- Accountable for decisions which impact the functional area/ multiple departments in which they are leading.
- Coordinates with different business units to help plan, execute and achieve holistic goals.
- Directly or indirectly influences the tactical and operational course of action that determines the achievement of results in their area of responsibility.
- Contacts are typically with peers and executive leadership to executed decisions, manage risk and influence activities that affect the scope of their responsibility.
- Assists in key customer event s when needed, including negotiations, closing deals, or development of strategic plans.
