Toyota's Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and present clear and concise financial reports to senior management, offering insights into financial trends and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting to the Vehicle Contribution Margin Planning & Analysis Manager, the person in this role will support NA Finance department's objective to manage the organization's financial resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring financial strategies are aligned with business goals, leading to sustainable growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain financial reporting models and templates to streamline reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to synthesize financial data and develop comprehensive presentations for various stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and forecast by providing financial insights and analysis
  • Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Experience crafting and delivering compelling presentations that convey complex financial information in an understandable and impactful manner
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SAP and BPC Planning software

Added bonus if you have

  • MBA/ CMA / CPA
  • Experience with analytical tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Financial analysis and cost management experience working directly for a manufacturing or automotive company
