About the Role
This is a newly created position which will help drive the long term vision and strategy for our growing equity team. As the Business Systems Sr. Analyst you will play a key role in launching world-class equity programs developed for precision and ease of execution. In our world, every equity-related transaction should appear seamless. To achieve this you will take on complex challenges in a fast-paced environment where customer service is paramount. You will provide significant input and support for the delivery of ongoing equity products.

You will report into the Sr. Director, Global Equity Programs on the Equity team in our Accounting organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and understand both business and technology requirements, translating them into effective technical architectures and customer-centric solutions.
- Analyze data and system performance to recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and enhancements that address both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead technical evaluations, including assessments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution validation efforts.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to clearly articulate business requirements and ensure shared understanding of proposed solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts; participate in system testing, code deployment, and migration activities.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis tasks, including data analysis, functional mapping, business process modeling, time and cost estimation, and issue tracking and resolution.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within defined milestones and budget constraints.
- Provide support and respond to troubleshooting requests from both internal and external stakeholders.

- You have 3+ years of experience in systems development/architecture, systems improvements,or similar technical roles.
- Strong background in software development and system integration.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
- You can distill complex concepts into simple, easy to understand communications
- You're comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- A blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- You are a dedicated stock professional with 1 - 3 years of experience in stock plan administration
- You have or are working on your CEP designation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering); MBA or advanced degree a plus.
We expect this position to be filled by 8/5/2025.
Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$123,800-$182,000 USD
