Some additional responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for software and hardware projects
- Oversee the successful execution of projects, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify and assess risks associated with programs and projects
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery
- Work closely with leaders to develop, manage program and vendor software and hardware budgets
- Optimize resource allocations to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Create schedules by coordinating with Retail business for software and hardware, test, learn and pivot as per the learning in Pilot for the rollout deployment
- Ensure that delivered products meet high-quality standards and customer expectations
- Implement and oversee robust quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle
To Land This Role:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, managing complex projects and cross-functional teams of at least 5+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
