• Business owner of RTW & Shoes category in RFCN channel;
• Fully responsible for buying, allocation, daily operation, sales support and product life cycle management to reach sales, margin and inventory target;
• Fully responsible to deliver product insights, product development proposal, capsule proposal and transversal assortment coordination;
• Key leader of internal transversal and cross function communication;
• Manage daily merch operation including but not limit to product launch, initial setup, allocation, stock rebalancing and cross channel movement
• Balance sales and margin through smart pricing and discount strategy;
• New initiatives with business evolvement

• Achieve the Objectives of Sales, Margin and Inventory for RTW & Shoes category through merchandising excellence;
• Grasp the pulse of trend, timely and proactively make proposals including but not limit to the right products for local market, the necessary edit or improvements, business opportunities as well as risk alerts.
• Manage store cluster for efficiency and closely work with retail team to grow focus stores with specific strategy

• Manage product lifecycle from new collection buying, reorder, KIPs, MKD strategy to exit plan;
• Supervise buying with 360° mindset with consideration of marketing, training, VM, store feature and important clients;
• Balance global guideline and local commercial needs, optimize investment on return yet protect brand image;
• Timely and effectively find solutions and initiatives when seasonal offer can't 100% fulfill business needs or OTB is under planed vs. collection potential;
• Constantly evaluate business needs and manage reorder planning and execution;

• Deep dive sales performance and constantly provide insightful product feedback;
• Constantly keep smooth communication with NY Merchandising Team on local market needs and specific country requests, include but not limited to special products, new stores opening and new initiatives of the region;
• Timely react to market trend and competition performance, bring initiatives and product proposals to catch business opportunity;

• Be responsible for inter DC allocation, network distribution, inventory rebalancing and exit plan
• Strategically manage new product price setting, mark-up analysis, repricing, mark down and promotions
• Organize regular meetings with retail team to understand needs, handle with objections and improve efficiency
• Prepare tools to deliver collection story, shipment trace, launch plan, modelario and etc. to equip retail team with sufficient information;
• Work closely with training team to enhance training and sales competition activities

• Excellent command in English & Chinese.
• Logical, persuasive and clear in presentation.
• In depth understanding & interest in Fashion, Culture, Lifestyle, Art
• Balanced creative and analytical brain, forward looking and result driven
• Over 10 years experience in luxury fashion with WRTW experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
